So if you had fed him he would not have died when he did. If you knew that refusing him food would make him die would that be premeditated killing or murder. If you didn't would that be manslaughter? What if he didn't ask for it but you knew he needed it? So by extension if you know a nation is starving and there is a possibility to provide food aid to save lives, by giving or not giving are you making the choice to murder or not murder those people?

Technically we have never gone to war over Israels sovereignty so its hard to say we are willing. Israel honestly doesn't need our help in the sense of military man power. Of course its a nice place to test our latest military technology. Israel also has a good share of economic stability and makes it a good strategic ally in the region. Israel is also a technically developed nation, in fact Intel does a lot of work out of Israel, and they are very creative in the sense of security. Plus they are a faithful ally that has been by our side and i don't believe that will change.

I already have a 1 year old daughter and I live with my grandmother. I do have a good job but not my own vehicle. I would have my own vehicle and apartment but I have anxiety disorder and I get panic attacks which makes it hard for me to work. I dislocated my patella playing basketball yesterday. They popped it back in, and I go to the doctor tomorrow to find out about the ligament damage done. I work as a busboy for the summer, which requires me to stand for pretty much 6+ hours per shift. My question is, what are the chances that I will be able to work this summer?

I'm 36 weeks pregnant yesterday I had soft stools almost diarrhea, one at 8:45am then again at 11:00am and I had not ate at all. After that I had the sensation to go again for a while. Geraint, please try this. There is a reflex in the body that allows a transfer of strength from the stronger muscle group to the weaker. So in your case this means that the uninjured shoulder has more strength. By working the uninjured shoulder you are going to increase the strength in the injured shoulder. So if you were to do lateral raises you would start by doing a set of 10 reps with the uninjured side and rest for a minute. Do 2 more sets this same way. Now do the injured side using only a weight that is comfortable for you. Don't try to push it as it will improve as it is capable over time. Do 3 sets the same as the uninjured side. Do every shoulder and arm exercise this way and it will increase the rate of recovery and strength.

Ok so here's the problem...I am eligible to get my ignition interlock off, however Penndot never sent me the forms to get my unrestricted license. So I sent in the form myself, but as it turns out, I downloaded an old version with an outdated price of $10. It's now $13.50 to restore my license. My interlock is set to be serviced on monday. I don't have the money to pay another $200 when I shouldn't have to anyway, seeing as tho my time served is up. The mechanic said he'd take it off, but I'm supposed to have my reinstated license in hand. WIll penndot come after me for such a minor technicality? I won't be driving until I get my license back, I just need it taken off before I have to face another $200 in rental fees. I don't want to have Penndot coming after me. But I had a set amount of money set aside for this, and I literally don't have the money to keep it on. What should I do?

What running shoes and cleats are right for me?

I suffered from an injury about 4 months ago. I dislocated my knee and completely tore my meniscus(a ligament on the outside of the knee) I will be starting cross country and soccer in a few months. What did I do to my ankle this time?

Let me fill you in. I was in dance for 6 years, sprained my ankle badly twice. The second time I tore ligaments in it; made a lovely crunching sound. Tonight, being the graceful lady I am, fell down the stairs and went over on the same ankle (it's been weakened from those previous accidents) and again, a lovely crunching sound was hurt. Now my ankle hurts like a SOB and there's a slight tingling sensation. So, yeah. What's up. I've got ice on it already.

It's been a month since my Median Arcuate Ligament surgery and i still have pain?

Hello. I am 15 years old and about a month ago i was diagnosed with Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome. They did surgery and they said that my stomach pain would go away.(I had stomach pain for over a year before they figured out that i had MALS). The surgeon said that it would take a while for the surgery to work but she said everyday would get better and better. But for me i am getting worse and worse. We called her and told her this and all she said was to drink a lot of water and rest. But that's not good advice because that's all i have been doing. I have also developed a pain in my right lower back. No one knows whats going on. I need some help. Any Suggestions.

Knee pain and need help? ?

I was palying soccer and i was running for the ball. I reached the ball and i pulled it to me, then after i placed my foot on ther ground putting weight on it, my knee cracked i felt as if it mooved with instant pain in the back right side of the knee. I was able to walk and it did not swell instantly. The day after my knee was really swollen and it hurt in the back right side of the knee when i bent it and it also seemed unstable when i stepped. I went to the doctor to get it checked and they told me it wasnt a ligament but i dont know what it is.
