If i get hit by a car, can the person who hit me get attempted manslughter charges?

The story is i was walking and this girl was going about 25 to 30 mph in a parking lot and hits me dead on and now her parents are trying to get me for criminal damage to property. If i get found innocent will she get an attempted manslaughter charge?
