So if you had fed him he would not have died when he did. If you knew that refusing him food would make him die would that be premeditated killing or murder. If you didn't would that be manslaughter? What if he didn't ask for it but you knew he needed it? So by extension if you know a nation is starving and there is a possibility to provide food aid to save lives, by giving or not giving are you making the choice to murder or not murder those people?

Politics aside, what is Israel's value to the United States?

Technically we have never gone to war over Israels sovereignty so its hard to say we are willing. Israel honestly doesn't need our help in the sense of military man power. Of course its a nice place to test our latest military technology. Israel also has a good share of economic stability and makes it a good strategic ally in the region. Israel is also a technically developed nation, in fact Intel does a lot of work out of Israel, and they are very creative in the sense of security. Plus they are a faithful ally that has been by our side and i don't believe that will change.

It sounds like your mom is going threw a depression that lasted way to long. Did you ask your dad to talk to her for you. Maybe have a night where all the family is together and talk to her about how you feel. I am sure your dad and sister feel the same way.

Manslaughter means the accused is responsible for the death of another (Usually unintentional)...murder means the accused intentionally caused the death of another. Prison sentence? Not sure..

Causing someone stress that has a bad heart?

Hypothetical question: Man 60yrs old has had 2 previous heart attacks and obviously has a weak/bad heart. Man's new wife of 3 yrs or so is aware of the man's medical condition. Wife constantly complains and yells at him for everything every single day - Question is could the wife since she knew her new husband of 3yrs be charged with anything (Manslaughter) if the man had a fatal heart attack during one of his wife's hourly yelling and complaining? If the answer is no would it change if the wife was told that if your husband continues going through the stress you cause him he may have another heart attack and die?
