Italy is pursuing manslaughter charges against Seismologists for deaths caused by failing to predict the 2009?

Charging Seismologists for failing to predict an earthquake is as stupid as charging the weather man for making an incorrect forecast, or a psychic for misreading your future. I am not aware of any abrogations of personal liberty with regards to the flawed climate change research, and I would love to see where you got the multi-Billion dollar figure spent on climate research. It is a fact that the planet is warming, but the theory of AGW has been thoroughly discredited.
