Causing someone stress that has a bad heart?

Hypothetical question: Man 60yrs old has had 2 previous heart attacks and obviously has a weak/bad heart. Man's new wife of 3 yrs or so is aware of the man's medical condition. Wife constantly complains and yells at him for everything every single day - Question is could the wife since she knew her new husband of 3yrs be charged with anything (Manslaughter) if the man had a fatal heart attack during one of his wife's hourly yelling and complaining? If the answer is no would it change if the wife was told that if your husband continues going through the stress you cause him he may have another heart attack and die?
