Tomlinson PC manslaughter charge? Equals wait for whitewash wizardry?

Harwood has a name for himself as being a nasty piece of work. He was involved in two previous incidents that day, all recorded. He is being charged with GBH which carries a prison sentence if found guilty. Hopefully he will get his come uppence and in an ideal world, thrown out of the Met, banned from joining any other police force as he has done previously and stripped of his pension.
