Has this happened to you while you were pregnant? 10 points for best!?

So first off i don't have a phone to phone my doctor because my husband left a bit ago and gonna call when he gets back thats why im asking on here for now. Anyways, I went to the bathroom and i wiped and i had a tiny little smear of blood it was barely noticeable. I also have been feeling ligament pains for a few hours if that has anything to do with it. I haven't felt my baby move for a few i don't know how long its been but i know its not normal. I'm 24 weeks and 2 days. Is this normal? Please no rude answers..
