Do you think the laws on Manslaughter are too confusing?

It could be considered vehicular manslaughter if there was a degree of culpability - such as impairment due to drugs or alcohol, gross negligence, copping a bj at the time ( read Garp), or anything that was within the control of the driver that he failed to do which contributed to the accident.
