For guys, is this a turn off in a woman?

When a woman submerges herself into every aspect of your life. Aside from mutual friends between you, but as far as your work/college friends..she befriends them all too. As well, a woman who becomes more familiar and acquainted with your family than you are. Adding to that, the same woman is having your baby and you're obligated to cohabitate in order to better raise your child. Is it just me or does this seem like the type of woman who is controlling? Is this type of woman a turn off?
