P.C.Simon Harwood killed an innocent citizen, questions?

This police officer attacked, assaulted and killed an innocent member of the public in london during a peaceful demonstration, since then all demonstrations appear to be anti police violence.Is it a surprise that the people have had enough? Also should this police officer be jailed for manslaughter? I say yes, what are your thoughts?
