Torn ligament cause internal injury?

It's 2 in the morning I have been up all night drawing tattoo designs and the this pain in my leg from my kneecap and below on my right leg is bothering me. I do have knee problems where it gets close to dislocating but that's not it. I'm active and play football and ran 4 miles today which is normal for me. The pain is more on the inside of my calf. If it helps I'm 14 a girl 5' 8" 135lbs and muscular build. I just want to know if it treatable before practice tomorrow. Also I get tackled frequently because I'm a wide receiver on guys full contact football team and get a lot of bruises inside and out. Any help? Thx in advance.
