Why does my right elbow hurt when i lean on it?? HELP?

I am 12 years old and i play baseball. I pitch sometimes and yes i do throw a curveball but new studies show that curve balls DONT hurt young arms, over pitching does (go search it up). Anyways, I've noticed over the past few days when ever i sit on my side and lean on my right hand (Im a righty) the inside of my elbow has some discomfort or little pain that i've never had before! Or when ever i crawl like a baby (on both knees and two hands on the ground) and when i start to lean on my right side i have the same discomfort in the same right elbow. Im starting to get a little worried that Torn a ligament or something like that! Please help me and what can i do to get rid of the discomfort in my right elbow, like icing or some exercises.
