My left wrist pops when i move it side to side?

i'm 14 years old and whenever i move my wrist side to side it pops. if i clench my fist really tight and do it the pop gets really loud. it sounds like a loud thump. i think it,s because since my ligaments are weak the bone near beneath my thumb in the wrist is sinking in as i move my wrist to my side, then when i move it back the wrist snaps down on the bone that "sank" in. my parents say it is,because my wrist is still developing. what could this be? is it cureable? there is only a slight bit of pain when i clench my fist and do it. (the loud thumping noise i was telling you guys about.)
